No, you do not need a referral to see a speech pathologist. However, if you wish to access Medicare rebates a referral will be required.

Appointments are typically 60 mins, with some flexibility permitted.

• Medicare can be used with a referral from a GP or medical practitioner.

• Private health insurance can be used if speech therapy is included in your policy.

• NDIS clients can use their funding with us if you are Self Managed or Plan Managed NDIS participants.

Yes, home visit appointments are available in our service areas with select therapists. Please call our office to discuss home visitations or to make an appointment for home visits.

Our service areas are Sydney’s northern beaches and the lower north shore. We do have some capacity to see clients outside of these areas for home visits, however, spaces are limited. Please enquire to find out if we have a therapist available in your area.

We treat all ages, from birth through to geriatric.
